Socially responsible ?? Pfffttt.. Don’t make me puke. With such huge profits, i don’t understand how they can justify the increase in pump prices in tandem with crude oil increase.
Petrol prices have sky-rocketed in the past 2 years and it doesn’t seem to be stopping. I am not sure what is the cause of all this. Some say that it is due to the US economy, the boom to the China & India that is the cause of all this. I think it is more to unscrupulous speculators who are the cause of this. I believe that it wouldn’t have been so bad if crude oil prices didn’t push past the US100 barrier but some joker decided that he will be the first one to push the price beyond that. And after doing that, nothing bad happened to the world economy and so now, it is a no-holds-barred time.
Of course, it is not only the traders. The petroleum companies are partially a problem too. They are quick to raise it but when crude oil prices drops, they are slow to bring down the pump prices. If the petroleum companies could just hold the pump prices and not increase it every time crude oil goes up, i think that it should stabilise the crude oil prices too.
Anyway, i doubt that they(traders and companies) are that socially responsible and the only way to get things back to realistic level is to have a stock market crash which causes these speculators get their fingers burnt and go bankrupt.
Blah ! I think it is time to take public transport / cycle / walk !
We are moving back to Pasir Ris. Woo Hoo !!! And just in time too, my irritating brother is coming back from USA so i shouldn’t “BA ZHAN” his room *rolleyes*
After 2 years of living with my parents, i got my place and i am moving back ! Well, the only thing that i am going to miss is having Ah Nit to cook dinner and wash my clothes.. LOL
With petrol prices flying sky-high, it is great that i can take the bus to work bcos the workplace is so near Pasir Ris 
.. Save money on petrol = More money for the SINs !
I got the key back from the tenant last week and we have settled most of the things that we need to do. It seems that the house would be ready next week and we can move in then. . All we have to do is to buy mattress and crockery.
Finally, the SINS are reopening !!!! Happy days !!!

In his very first season, Torres has broken the record for the best goal tally by a foreign player in his first season. He has been the striker that we have been waiting for since Fowler & Owen. He is totally in a class of his own.
Another bright spark is that our reserves won the reserve league. That is quite a feat considering that there was no senior players in the reserve team. Our future looks bright and i hope that we will have a conveyor belt of talent in the near future.
Anyway, the ownership debacle has not been resolved and it is worrying as the transfer window is opening soon. LFC can only have one owner and i hope that it won’t be Hicks nor Gillett
I am always excited when we go to the gynae for the monthly checkup. Not only does it give me the chance to “see” Reyes, it also give me a peace of mind that he is growing well and to know that both Wifey and Reyes are ok.
Reyes is growing very BIIIIIGGG.. ahahhah.. He currently weighs 869g which is very big for his age. Accordingly to some websites, his ideal weight should be 600-700g. My little boy is not little.. ahahahahhaa. Anyway, poor Wifey has to cut down on her milo and chocolate milk bcos if Reyes grows any bigger, she will need a C-section and i don’t think Wifey wants that.
We have also started to buy stuff for Reyes. I just hope that he fits into the clothes that we buy for him when he comes out. 
Another 4 more months to go !
Life has been really good to me for the past 1 year. Wifey and i were just saying that it has only been a 1+ yr that everything happened and we got back together.
It has not been easy for Wifey but she is a strong woman and now, we are expecting our first kid, Reyes. Reyes has been growing well and apparently, he is the heaviest in the thread that Wifey is in. . We also did a detailed scan and we “saw” him for the first time and it seems that he inherited my sexy thick lips.. AAHAHHAHAHAH :p
On the money side, we are doing well and our finances have never been better. As for the job side, i am happy where i am now and Wifey has a good class.
We are getting back our house in May and we will be doing some little reno to spruce up the place and fix up the baby playpen
I guess life is simple if i keep it simple and don’t over-complicate things.
And i think Wifey has summed it up the best with this letter that she wrote some time back.
My dear, thank you for all the love and sacrifices and i love you lots !!
